Payment Plan

All reservations must be booked online or by phone.  A $149 initial payment per passenger is required at the time of booking, using a major credit card only.

After making your down payment, you MUST call 775-600-AXES (775-600-2937) to arrange for your future payment of $49 per person, per month.

Automatic Credit Card Payments.

For payment plans, a valid credit card must be maintained with Axes & Anchors at all times for easy automatic payments to be sure you don’t miss a beat in today's busy multi-tasking world.


We understand sometimes life gets in the way, and we would hate to see you go.  Due to the unique nature of special event cruises, we regret that we aren’t able to offer as liberal of a refund policy as we’d like.  But if you really must leave us, here’s what you can expect….

Refunds will be offered by the following schedule:

  • 10 months prior to sailing – Full refund, minus a $50 processing fee
  • 6 months to 10 months prior to sailing – 50% refund of monies paid to date
  • No refunds available less than 6 months prior to sailing
  • All cabin bookings are transferrable to NEW bookings only, but the original booking passenger remains responsible for the cabin cost – so choose who you transfer to wisely!
  • Payments not made within 30 days of the due date will be assessed a $25 late fee
  • If payment in full is not received within 30 days of the final payment due (3 months prior to sailing), we reserve the right to consider a reservation cancelled and to apply cancellation penalties

Travel Insurance

We can’t say this enough:  We really really really recommend that you purchase trip insurance, which will be available to you as part of the reservation process.  We do not make any money on your insurance purchase – we offer it to you because we think it is that valuable.
